- Can we rely on the quality being consistent?
Our system all but eliminates risk regarding quality. Most of the companies which we have approved are certified to ISO or similar international standards. We use a well respected inspection company for factory audits and inspections of production during the manufacture of your order.
- Will our delivery be on time?
The use of strict scheduling coupled with container and vessel bookings through reliable shipping companies and agents means on-time deliveries. UK Customs and Excise are on-line and efficient and take one to two days for clearance.
- If we have problems, what can we do about it?
Far Eastern and Eastern European companies are very keen to establish long term relationships with Western customers. They therefore take very seriously, their responsibilities to the client over defective or under delivered goods.
- Is everything done 'on-line'?
No. We are happy to visit you at any time, just to talk through possibilities, or to show examples of products made in the Far East or Eastern Europe, or to discuss your product and its suitability for production off-shore.
